Anxiety Attack

Anxiety attacks are the most extreme example of anxiety reaction. When anxiety reaches a level at which a person faces symptoms with the cause at time of normal anxiety, then a person is facing anxiety attacks.

 

They are feeling episodes of intense fear or apprehension that are of sudden inception. Anxiety attacks can be of minimum 15 seconds or maybe they can last longer for an hour or more.

If anxiety attack is happening in front of 'real' threat, then adrenaline is used up enough by either running away or by fighting. When adrenaline is not used by during anxiety attack, then the sufferer faces number of symptoms which are cause to experience in sufferer's body.

 

 

There are so many symptoms for the anxiety attack like fast heart beat, nausea, vomit feeling, stomach problems, shaking, dizziness, chest pains, difficulty in swallowing, pins and needles sensation in limbs and many other. The person who is facing anxiety attacks must be accompanied with strange and depression thoughts and the feeling of misery. All the symptoms are felt by sufferer but they are not actually the real problems happening to one. They are only because of the psychological fear which is faced by the sufferer of anxiety. Some really shocking news and sad things can make a person face complications or even heart attack.

 

 

Anxiety attacks are formed in the subconscious mind by a small organ known as amygdale and this acts like a thermostat. It acts normal until a person faces real threat but if a person is facing continues stress, the amygdale re-sets and can form anxiety attacks, phobias or panic attacks.

To treat the anxiety attacks, this organ amygdale must be kept relax. So, one cannot get much fear and responds in easy way to normal stress things.
