The main cause is that when we inhale or take something in our body it interacts with our body in a bad manner, and it causes the commencement of the disease known as Asthma. We see many young boys and children in this illness, because they interact more with the environment and their body also interact briskly with the infection. We also see children suffering from cough; this can be the initial stage of asthma if not treated carefully.

There is a section in our brain which is known as the "respiratory centre". This is the essential system which controls the carbon dioxide to be at safe level in our body. When our respiratory centre finds that our Carbon Dioxide level is getting low, then our amount of breathing occurs to be much greater than the normal setting and this is where the problem begins. When the quantity of Carbon Dioxide in our body gets low below the level, we can even die due to this.
