Dysmenorrhoea

Dysmenorrhoea is a gynecological medical condition found in women and in this condition, women feel sever pain in uterine during menstruation. However,

 

many women feel pain at time of menstruation but dysmenorrhoea is differentiated with the severe pain occurring in uterine and which requires medication to heal. Dysmenorrhoea can produce very severe pains like nauseating with dull, throb and sharp burning and shooting pain. It may also come together with heavy blood loss and it occurs to produce menstruation to few days till it tapers off.

The main signs for this condition are pain in all portions of abdomen which may radiate towards thighs and lower back.

 

 

Some other symptoms depending on each case can be vomiting, nausea, dizziness, hypersensitivity to smell, light, sound and touch, fainting, disorientation, diarrhea and fatigue. Usually, dysmenorrhoea is carried out from the start of ovulation period and till the end. Birth control pills are often considered as best to control it because they are responsible to stop producing ovules. The MRI test is often considered for the dysmenorrhoea patients and there are usually three levels of this condition.

Some non drug therapies are also regretted to be good for this condition like acupuncture. Some Chinese and Japanese herbal treatments are also considered as good treatment.
