This will be obvious for you to understand what foods are healthy and what are not, but many woman take wrong assumptions to avoid different types of food.

Some women have wrong assumption that eating all the time during pregnancy is really what they have to do. This is also far from truth.

Usually, the food is important to take more than normal in pregnancy but that increase must be more than 300 calories which are not more than a normal sandwich. So, why consume so much food every day. Taking extra food can make you unhealthy and can cause heart burns or indigestion.

Best way is to eat five or more times a day but in small quantity.

So, what are the foods which must be taken in pregnancy and what must be avoided? This is the question mainly I am going to discuss. Consume more raw things like fresh vegetables, fruits, leans, grains, nuts and dry fruits. Take milk more and iron rich products which are fresh. Eat meat only chicken and fish but in limited amount. Bread with full grain is best to consume daily or may be cereal can be good to eat.

Eating vegetables which are green are best to consume daily. Moreover, several vitamins are recommended by doctors at time of pregnancy, find those raw products which are rich in those vitamins.

Avoiding tobacco products, tea, and alcohol must be your main priority at time of pregnancy because they are killer for your baby health. Do not eat many oily and fatty foods and do not consume more beef and other big meat. Prepare food in home and do not eat prepared food from market because they are used with preservatives and low quality oil.
