The health system of our body, works very fine until
we intake any unwanted, harsh and hazardous material
and food. There are many people who eat healthy food,
who do work outs and does not involve in any sort
of bad habit but still they are very thin. This is
because of their health system which is not allowing
them to gain weight. Thin or obese person does not
mean if the person is healthy or not.
Well most of the people possess great health system
but they just have to ignite it with great and healthy
food. Perfect and goof health system is required if

exercises. Try to make a habit of jogging, walking
or sprinting because these exercises increase the
blood flow in your body and make you warm and healthy
