Well injury is harm or a damage which is happened
on the structure of the body or on the part of body
by any sort of external force. Wound possesses same
meanings as of injury but mostly the term wound is
used for the damage which is happened on the external
part of the body especially cuts.
The injury can be external or internal but the force
is always external. Such as if you fall from stairs
you may get an injured knee and some broken ribs as
well, so all these are injuries.
Well the injuries and wounds can be as minor as a
cut and as major as a bullet shot. Major injuries
are sometimes fatal and some people also die due to
different injuries among which most are internal injuries
and wounds. External injuries include fracture and
cracking of bones some external pain etc. Most external
wounds and injuries are not fatal. Sports players
are usually surrounded by different types of injuries
because they train hard.
Most people consider that most injuries are caused
due to the carelessness of the person suffering from
injury, so you better be careful. Injury and wounds
is considered to be a basic part of life and no one
can escape from injury. It is advised to consult to
the doctor whenever suffering from any sort of injury
because small injuries can become dangerous in no
time. Treat your injuries and wounds in order to get
fit healthy again. To decrease the injury factor you
should be active and healthy.
