Lymphatic System

Our body is a complete science and there are many organs which performs different functions. Most people know about cardiovascular system and other systems working in our body but lymphatic system is the one with which very few people are familiar.

 

Understanding the lymphatic system is a different story, this system is very important for your health. The lymphatic system is a system which consists of a network of tubes filled with fluid. The job of the lymphatic system is to cleanse your cells continuously. In this way when the cells are bathe the toxin materials and chemicals are washed out. The toxin materials are then come to special filters known as lymph nodes where the toxicity of the chemicals is detoxified.

 

 

There is very interesting information about the lymph fluid which is that in a average body the lymph fluid is about three times more than blood. But as we know that our body has a pump which keeps the blood moving but the lymph fluid is dependent on our actions, movement and on gravity. As lymph fluid is dependent upon our actions and gravity, it is advised to perform daily exercise for the optimal functioning of lymphatic system. The less you move the more stagnant your lymph fluid and your lymphatic system becomes and the more you will feel tired and lazy.

 

 

The lymphatic system is a must have system and it should remain active all the time. Most people have sluggish lymphatic system but they don't realize it. There are many reasons for a lazy lymphatic system such as chronic sinusitis, swollen lymph glands, and lack of energy, high blood pressure, allergies, headaches and arthritis. The best way to keep your lymphatic system alive is by exercising daily. You can do jogging, running or playing any sort of game to remain fit and not to become lazy.
