The neurosurgery is the field and branch of medicine which deals with the complete processes of diagnosis, prevention, treatment and rehabilitation of disorders related to nervous systems.

 

Neurosurgery includes different operations and surgeries of the spinal cord, brain, peripheral nerves, spinal column, and of the extra cranial cardiovascular system. The pediatric neurosurgery is a sub specialty of a neurosurgeon that requires an additional training to become specialized in the care of infants and children. This speciality focuses on the particular problems and on the unique problems by which children are affected. The pediatric neurosurgery practices his learning only on the children suffering from neurosurgical problems and disorders. such as neuro-radiology, plastic surgery, neuro-oncology, neurology, and pediatric anesthesia.

The pediatric neurosurgeon has a very vital job of the diagnosis and treatment of any disorder in a child regarding nervous system. After identification of the disease the further treatment can lead to complex surgeries and operations.
