Physiology

Science is probably the most important thing in our life and it is the only thing which is available everywhere. Whatever happens to us and to the environment is related to science. There are many types and parts of science such as biology,

chemistry, physics, botany etc. Among all sciences physiology is a very important and a popular field of science. Physiology is a field of science which observes the functions of living systems. Everything which happens in a living system comes under the physiology and scientific methods are used to determine how organs, organ systems, cells and organisms perform physical and chemical function in a living system.

In the physiology every living system are included but the most important of all living systems are humans and thus a subcategory is made in the physiology namely Human Physiology. Human physiology is the science of the organs, cells and their biochemical, mechanical and physical functions. Human physiology is a very tough field of science and there are still many things in human physiology which are unknown to the experts. Most of the knowledge is gained with the experiments which were done to the animals.

Physiology is a subcategory of biology and it is very close to anatomy. Due to the frequent and close connection the physiology and anatomy are studied as a same subject. Physiology is a very important subject and the field of science because it provides the information about each and every organ of a living organism and its function. Physiology also helps you to understand the processes and functions of organs and cells and how a body works. The human physiology dates back to the 420 B.C. at the time of Hippocrates who are known as the father of medicine. Aristotle thought about the relationship between function and structure and that was the beginning of physiology.
