For every pregnant or about to be pregnant woman, diet control is really necessary. Many women take wrong assumption about pregnancy diet plan that they can eat everything as much as they wanted as they are pregnant.

 

This assumption is way far from truth. It is really important to ensure to have a safe and healthy diet for mother as well as the baby she is carrying.
Pregnant woman always require extra calories every day but it does not mean that she keep on eating stuff but she require about extra 300 calories every day. This estimate is from doctor’s recommendations and it is equal to a sandwich. This means that the pregnant women are healthy if she is taking 300 calories every day

 

 

Though, a bit more eating cannot make it unhealthy but it is good to make a proper diet plan in order to have herself healthy and her baby too. Avoiding alcohol, several drugs and tobacco is really necessary for pregnant woman.
If you are pregnant you diet control for you and a proper planned schedule to intake food 5 times a day, in most cases. You can include this healthy dietary food in your every day schedule:

 

- Lean meats like chicken
- Lots of vegetables especially green ones
- Lots of fruits, wheat with wholegrain. Can take cereals and bread
- Various types of seeds and nuts
- Lentils and dried beans
- Lean meat and dairy products must be taken in limited amount, like, twice times every week.

It is good for pregnant women to take small meals often a day especially in the first three months of pregnancy, when women feel more nausea and morning sickness. After three months, slowly start increasing your meal. Some sickness like digestion problems or heart burn can be cure with small meals often times a day.
