If OB gynecologists are not present in cities because of any reason, midwife/doctor or general gynecologist can checkup if woman is in good or normal condition.

 

- Doctors recommend different vitamins and supplements dosage every day during pregnancy. The mother needs to keep this thing in her mind that it is really important to have healthy in order to have a healthy child. In medical checkups, doctors will recommend each woman multivitamins and supplements.
- Various exercises can keep the body healthy during pregnancy and they can even cure a bit stress and depression for being pregnant. You must ask your doctor what kind of exercises you can do.

 

- Food is really important and the mother gets most of the nutrients and vitamin through food. A complete food chart of what to eat and what not to eat must be presented to mother. So, she can eat according that chart. Best things are fruits and vegetables. Meat and oily things must be eaten in limit.
Pregnancy can be risky stage but if it is handled intelligently, it becomes really easy and prosperous for your whole future life! It is important that child should be born healthy with no dangers.
