Self esteem is basically the way in which you see yourself. It is a psychological term used for the evaluation or appraisal for his or her own self. It is highly important and essential part for any human being. If you have a good opinion about yourself,

 

you have high self esteem and if you have bad views about your own self then you are low self esteem.
