The three stages of a pregnancy trimester are each of three months. It is goal of every mother to keep herself and her child healthy in all three stages to follow a successful delivery. Here we define the conditions and symptoms in each trimester to make your mind what to expect and what to care about.
First Trimester: The first trimester of pregnancy is from conception to the 12 th week. Women feels nausea, fatigue, dizziness, period missing, heartburns, craving, emotional and mood swings, irritation, frequent urination, constipation and tenderness in breasts during the first trimester and they happen because of hormonal changes. The proper nutritive diets in small amounts but more frequently, avoiding alcohol and smoking in complete sense, light exercises, drinking water excessively and resting can help out women in passing the first trimester successfully.
Second Trimester: The second trimester of pregnancy is started from the 13 th week till the 28 th week. In initial days of this period, mother faces fatigue and nausea. As the child grows more, the cord of umbilical widens for carrying oxygen and sustenance to the fetus. Light exercise, nutritive diet, good personal hygiene adds the healthy growth of the baby at this stage.
Last Trimester: This trimester starts from the 28 th week till the delivery of the baby. In these weeks, baby starts to grow more causing more physical changes in mother. The fetus becomes more thicken to provide more diet to baby. Deep breathing is highly important at this stage and mother must avoid lifting heavy weight. Proper diet, rest and exercise also provide the mother to follow the successful delivery.
In each trimester, women must visit gynecologist and follow the procedures as told, in order to deliver the baby successfully. |
